Maggie is learning to walk by holding your hand...she insists on practicing. If you take away your hand...she intently looks for it until she finds it. Nothing will interrupt her practice.

So much love...

We are so blessed to have such great Friends and Family. We want every one to be involved with Maggie and James...so, when it came to planning their First Birthday...you can imagine the list became quite long with invitees!

We are so excited; we are planning to create a Time Capsule (everyone will hopefully leave a note) that will be read on Maggie & James' 18th birthday, swimming and food!

I will be ordering food and cakes in the next few days!!! We are hoping for a great turn out!

Gnawing on Nine...

Fan Day was a perfect 10!!!

We attended Fan Day at the University of Alabama; after the heat, a stroller ride, playing on the bleachers, being stared at for being the same age (& different genders), a lot of water, and a frozen chill...we were just exhausted!

11 days and the Park!

We are 11 days away from our 1st birthday. We met Aunt Candice, Graham and Rob at Veterans Park for some much needed play time. It was great weather when we arrived, but soon came the summertime showers. James and Maggie loved the slide, thank goodness for the covered play area. We decided after the weather to stroll on the walk path; we did not get very far, since the jog stroller had two flat tires...Either way, We had a great time visiting with our friends!

And we'll drink to 12...
